Do I need drivers for my Smart Card Reader?
+iD smart card reader is CCID compliant for easy plug & play (no additional USB driver is required of operating systems supporting CCID).

Warranty & Returns
We provide 2 years of manufacturer's warranty for all +iD smart card reader electronical parts.
We also have a 2 weeks full refund policy. Please return the unused smart card reader to the address mentioned in contact. After inspecting the +iD smart card reader we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).
For warranty related returns, please return the smart card reader to the address mentioned in contact. In case of a defected smart card reader, after the inspection we will send you a new smart card reader free of charge.
